Vision – the power to imagine

vision is the ability to imagine with clarity and think of the future with insight. A person of  vision with  a purpose knows how to achieve the goal as well. The term goal refers to your specific aims or desired results. These are the milestones created  by you all along to help you achieve your dream. In order to reach the shore of your vision, get  into the habit of setting goals for yourself, say, yearly, monthly, and even daily when you can.

While working towards your vision, there  are specific actions to be kept in mind. They are made easy by the  acronym  of SMART goals-

S = ‘Specific’ Vision Goals – Defined and articulated with a clear end result in mind.

M = Measurable and Quantifiable Vision.

A = Attainable Vision – realistically achievable with manageable steps.

R = Relevant Vision – Relevancy to your current goal

T = Time-Based Vision – Define milestones

Having established  this foundation to your vision, move on without any delay in order  to make progress on your vision. You must keep at it, which means taking small steps every day to move in the right direction. By accruing small daily victories, you not only get the momentum started but keep it going.

Journaling your victories is an important discipline so that when you get discouraged, you are reminded of your successes

Do not allow yourself to be hindred in the process.i.e. to understand yourself better and  be patient. Accept your own flaws as you work towards self-development, and give yourself the break you deserve. Once you are in harmony with your being and have made peace with it, you are already one step ahead in making this world a better place to live in. The ongoing journey is now smooth sailing.

By the  way, is there any luggage of guilt still feeling heavy on you or if you sense any traces of it, rectify your mistakes and forgive your past mistakes. If it is called for to apologise in the process, look for also ways that you can focus on your emotions as a priority.
