Effective stories of your life can cause you to feel almost all emotions. Emotions heighten our ability to memorise even past experiences as if they happened recently, and thus help us to improve the present.Emotions are a signal to the brain that whatever we experienced and now experiencing is important. 

Some of the bad emotions are so bad as if you can’t move on. You know, believe me, You don’t have to live in the myth of “if only” etc..When you put it down, there is precision and there is understanding as to why you did what you did.Because the benefit of the outcome is that you are able to reflect and have a better understanding to write your story from the end to the front. Your mind has the memory and also the capacity to change it. It was a bad state then but you can write a new story now by writing from the end.

There are stories and life experiences at the end of a dying person’s life that they wanted to convey what they regret of a life lived. Now we don’t have to wait for that long but you can change it now. You can be very young or middle age but you need to begin to write- because you don’t have an excuse. Do it even if its hard to begin. 

Therefore while writing your own stories, you are fortunate and I would even say blessed to rehearse your future again. Regardless, since you are the playwriter, by the grace of God you can alter and change and have new beginnings. The future is still in your hands and there is enough room to change. If you partner with God, definitely there will be a change of your future and of your story too.. 

Take time to release your weariness of mind by slowing down and be alone, get out into nature, make art, listen to music, take time to cook your favourite dinner, meditate on the word of God to cleanse your mind and relax your body, take a bubble bath or a nap to restore. 

Most importantly as you write your story you can see yourself in a paper in front of you. As you see yourself in a mirror,you can change and alter yourself before it is too late!
